This
system is called the “ancient secret of the fountain of youth” and it
was created to stimulate the energy centers of the body through a series
of movements that balance the speed of your energy vortices. There are
five movements that are sequenced and repeated a maximum of 21x each. Each movement, or “rite” is a breath-movement pattern that energizes and balances the Mindbodyspirit pathways toward health. You can begin with any amount of repetitions and progress over time.
