Parahamansa Yogananda, Sensei Vic Resmini and Medicine Man Don Cardinal lifted my Spirits high. Schools of Polarity, Yoga, Reiki and Meditation offered me structure and form. The framework of Yo-ki-bics shaped the process and a system was born.
