This is a great time of growth - can you feel it? I am so happy and proud
to have hung in there this long to see what we are capable of during this
enormous time of change. I'm not speaking of the bad stuff where we get
to blow up the planet, but rather the cusp of conscious expression that can
(and will!) light us up.
Yokibics is nearing 30-years as a successful system of mindbodyspirit

Our methods of delivery have changed with the times. I have far more
interest in creating web community than I ever would have imagined! Live
events still excite me and my newest babies - practitioner programs and
professional training modules - are all the result of a long and happy
gestation.
