key elements of understanding... YO - to yoke or bind KI -
energy BICS - action Yokibics is the yoking of the power in
the aspects of ourselves we usually think of as separate...body, mind and
spirit. With practice, we become one coherent expression. Through the
eyes of Yokibics, life itself is the direct expression of your Spirit. YOUR life
is the direct result of your managing to put energy - ki - in the direction of
certain actions or expressions. Are you happy with your
creation? Your journey is to become so clear, so conscious, and so
present that you recognize it is all a matter of choice. In the ideal,
the various aspects of Yokibics are taught through a mentoring process, offered
from teacher to student. This is the essence of The Spiritual Warrior
School, a Wisdom Training for the management of your spiritual energy
in practical everyday terms. I offer this curriculum in groups and through
individual coaching sessions. There are many ways for you to become
masterful in your life, but they all require conscious choice and
practice! Engaging your meditative mind is crucial to the ongoing
awareness of what's actually going on in there, so I've created several
meditation and relaxation programs to assist you in uncovering your essence and
taming your ego drives. Several minutes set aside each day to truly
quiet your mind can - will! - give you lasting benefits of peace and clarity
that can only be wished for by the person who has no experience of stillness.

than in all the ego devices in the world. Since your spirit operates
inside a body, how you treat your body will affect your happiness and your
performance in every way. Yokibics Fitness is a holistic
movement program, and a key branch of the Yokibics Institute for Personal
Development. Built on a strong foundation in the ancient wisdom schools of
Aikado and The Eight Limbs of Yoga, Yokibics Fitness is the evolution of these
practices from a yang, masculine form to a yin, undulating experience. Yokibics
Fitness embraces the energy of waves, and the lifestyle experience brings
balance and symmetry to your way of being physically, mentally, emotionally and
spiritually. Classes, video, workshops and Teacher Training are available
avenues for the experience of Yokibics Fitness. When you desire any sort
of improvement in yourself and you seek out any kind of support, it is to your
benefit to give yourself to it unconditionally. Following are some things you
can do. Ways to Get the Most Out of
Yokibics Focus on how you feel and want to feel, not just on
what you want to produce. As you know, time is collapsing, meaning that
things are happening faster and faster as the pace of change continues to
increase. For some, this causes stress because they feel both the pressure to
keep up and the fear of getting left behind. But for others, they recognize this
phenomena as a chance to recognize opportunities as they occur, instead of
seeing them too late. How does one do this? By reducing whatever is
clouding your ability to see and numbing your ability to sense; this is called
‘sensitizing yourself.’ The more you feel, the faster you respond to
events and opportunities. You sensitize yourself by reducing or eliminating
alcohol, television, adrenaline, drugs and stress. Reduce the drain and
strain in your life. Get more space, not just time, in your
life. Simplification gets you space. Space is needed to learn and evolve
beyond where you are today. Become incredibly self aware. When you
are happy and doing well, others will benefit as well. Be open to seeing
things differently. Be willing to evolve yourself, not just develop
yourself. Evolving is a skill and it’s worth learning because life itself is
evolving, not just developing. Design the perfect environment in which
