Numerous Master Teachers such as Rev. Roslyn Bruyere, Barbara Brennan, Jason Schulman and Illyana Rubenfeld supported my bodymind training after the traditional requirements of my bachelors degree were complete. Parahamansa Yogananda, Sensei Vic Resmini and Medicine Man Don Cardinal lifted my Spirits high. Schools of Polarity, Yoga, Reiki and Meditation offered me structure and form.  The framework of Yo-ki-bics shaped the process and a system was born.
